We are pleased to announce that EMINTAD and Ethica Group have shared a strategic integration path which envisages, as a first step, the entry of Ethica into the capital of our company, initially with a minority stake.

Ethica Group is the independent reference group in the Italian mid-market that deals with M&A Advisory, both sell-side and buy-side, and Debt Advisory through structuring projects, organization and procurement of bank, alternative and subsidized financing and structuring of debt lines.

Thanks to this strategic partnership, the chain of services that we are able to offer to our customers is completed, who will thus be able to evaluate extraordinary operations both in the Capital Market, M&A and/or Debt fields. All strengthened by the investment capacity that Ethica Group offers through the Equity Investments activity, carried out through a permanent capital holding company.
